Dr. Chen is great to have as my primary care physician. She treats me with respect, listens well, and takes the time to answer all my questions. I always get thoughtful replies to my online messages, and she makes me comfortable asking what I think are "stupid" questions. I like her so much that I will be following her to the new facility even though others are closer to me.

Dr Chen makes you feel Soooo comfortable. She listens & hears you!!! My insurance changed last year & I had to change doctors. I had had the same internest for over 20 yrs. & I was afraid of change but thankfully I was blessed with her a my new Dr. !!

Dr. Chen has been my physician for several years. I like her so much that when she moved to a different Kaiser facility twice as far from my home, I followed her there. She is thorough, a good listener, kind, and caring. If you are a Kaiser member, I highly recommend Dr. Chen.
