Karen Steffes is a dirty realtor. My husband and I put an offer on a house and gave the sellers a time frame as to when they had to respond by. Karen told our realtor they weren’t going to respond by that time and they were going to wait until the open house to answer us. They ended up accepting another offer and declining ours when the RIGHT thing would have been to either counter our offer or just flat out decline it instead of making us wait all day past the time we gave them to decide on our offer.
