Karen Smith was absolutely amazing through the entire process! She was patient with us and our many questions and needy requests until we FINALLY landed on our perfect home. Believe it or not, she even helped us get our new home under asking in this crazy seller's market(I know that seems unheard of right now!) And she helped us do all this while we are clear across the country. She has gone above and beyond... and still is for us. I am truly grateful for her.
Karen is a hard working and knowledgeable realtor. She was extremely patient and showed us many properties. She was receptive to our input, and found properties that fit our criteria. Having worked with a dozen or so realtor's in many different cities, I would say that Karen is head and shoulders above the crowd.
