They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Their office was nice and quiet. However, once I got in the examine room I wait 1/2 hour or more for the doctor to enter; then had to wait another 1/2 hour after the doctor left the room for information on blood work I was to take. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was treated as a new patient, even though I am not, but apparently it has been so long since I made an appt, with Dr. Artress, I was no longer in the system.
