Karen was great working w our schedule. She was v patient as my engineer bf inspected every square inch of the property. Knowledgeable about the area and market. Provided honest insight and a thoughtful booklet filled w useful info for first time buyer (me). We ended up purchasing in STL but would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the collinsville (and beyond) area
