I was there for a body exam to check for skin cancer. I have a family history of it and had some concerns. This doctor never looked under my bra, never had me sit on an exam table, never looked under my panties. I was told to remove my shoes by the medical assistant since the doc would check between my toes. She didn't. Honestly, it was 3 and half minute exam.
Incompetent, no compassion, rushed me out of the office and doesn’t listen to what i have to say about my medical issue in the initial consultation! I’ve never experienced such ineptitude. Went in with a very small and shallow epidermoid cyst on my forehead wanting to have it removed as it had been growing for months. My father died of skin cancer 25 years ago, so with a family history of cancer i wanted to get it checked out and biopsied, which any Dermatologist could easily done in office. After going there for 15 years I will not return.I was late to my appointment by 16 minutes so they cancelled my appointment .Almost every time I go I need to wait for them for at least 15 minutes.I guess they only value their time!
Disgusted that you could turn a patient away in tears without the medical attention they were desperately seeking. After waiting 8 weeks for an appointment, it was too much for the staff to wait 3 minutes so I could call to get confirmation of the referral that was sent weeks before the appointment date. The staff needs lessons in professionalism and empathy. Horrendous experience.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed by friendly staff. The practitioners were extremely thorough and willing to answer any questions while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Dr. Harkaway is very “cool,” I guess would be a good word. She’s friendly and outgoing,, easy to talk to, and is SO good when it comes to dermatology. (Diagnosed a skin condition in 2 seconds flat that another physican mis-diagnosed.). I’ve seen her a few times now and have benefitted greatly. The staff is wonderful ... the offices are beautiful. Highly recommend.
They were so helpful with my mom's procedure. They could tell that we were nervous and they were so understanding and great to us. They take their time and explain things. I really can't say enough good things about this office.
