Generally good, but I am used to getting a whole skin check when I go to a dermatogolist. Appointments often feel rushed and (as is my experience with most Drs. in the US) it almost feels strange to even take my shirt off to show my skin. It is much more prudish here than the culture I come from (the Netherlands) I suppose.
