Dr. Karen & her staff were phenomenal. At 5am Thanksgiving morning, I had to take my golden retriever in for a cough that developed out of nowhere. She sounded like a goose! We packed up & headed in where we were seen immediately. Normally pretty spunky, she was lethargic. Dr. Karen diagnosed her with kennel cough. (I had another golden recovering at home from pneumonia.). Confident she did not have pneumonia, my girl was given antibiotics and the equivalent of doggy Robitussin. I give 0 stars my guinea pig might die BECAUSE YOU ONLY TAKE IN CATS AND DOGS! not a very good hospital ☹️☹️ Update: he did pass away of a brain tumor. No hate to this hospital at all.
Dr. Karen is great. However, Dr. Lavene is HORRIBLE! I would actually call before heading there to make sure my dog did NOT have to see him.
