Professional, thorough, expedient and comprehensive. Worked like a charm from appointment setting, day of service and post service. I felt like I was the only consumer at Karen Radley that day. Really appreciated the activity from start to finish.
Greg Anderson in the service department is excellent. Took care of me from appointment to car pick up. He is a 5/5 I take a star off because trying to get ahold of the service department via phone was non existent prior to my appointment. While Greg was able to help change my appointment services at drop off, it would have been nice to confirm ahead of time. More of a phone issue than anything else.
Jaden was great to work with. Easy to work with all around.
Very pleased with this experience!
