Anthony Ortiz is the best person I've interacted with at any car dealership in both Chicago and the DC area. This is the second car I've bought from him. Buying a new car and trading in can have a lot of mini-decisions leading up to a big decision and Anthony is by far the easiest person I've ever dealt with. Carolyn Chapman was wonderful. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and if she didn’t have the answers her supervisor was right there to help. She was so good that we ended up getting 2 cars
