You guys need to hire better lot attendants and better drivers for your dealership because how is that possible that my car got hit by other car while it was there for service. The service manager told me to bring it to him so can take care of. But I I’m the quality control manager of an Auto body shop here in Alexandria CAlIBER COLLISION! DO NOT BUY an ID.4 it’s the worst car we have ever had. Volkswagen will not replace the car or help us out of our lease even though it has been in the shop for months more than 4 times in one year.
All around great experience. The dealership made the process of trading in my old vehicle and getting into a new one fast and easy. I worked with Anthony who was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I recommend asking for him a if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
