Not horrible but very little interest in helping. Im surprised neurologist doctors like Frei don't go above and beyond to find a reason for serious issues....there is no thinking outside the box to find out why I feel the way I do. Relies way too much on imaging and blood work. I won't be seeing her again but I would suggest anyone out there seek another provider if you have neuro issues.
Worst evaluation I have ever had. She spent about 5 minutes total, asked me three questions, didn't bother reading questionnaire they had me fill out. I brought in MRI and she was unable to view it in her office in Rancho Cucamonga. She told me she was unable to do anything for me, yet scheduled me for another appointment for 3 months later. When I asked her if there was any treatment for tremors she just said no, when I know there is. She told me just to live with it. Just horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars.
