The service and treatment that I have received from the team at Karen Paul and Associates is second to none. Their knowledge, flexibility and most of all patience stood out to me while I was transitioning the family home. Justin Loncaric was the rock that I had to lean on and guided me the entire way through. Andrea Loncaric kept everything in order and made sure that I had the most up to date information instantly. Justin was such a great agent to deal with, responsive, so informed about the market right now, friendly, had great contacts and made the whole home buying process seem not so overwhelming! Would recommend in a heartbeat! Thanks Justin!

Karen McGregor helped us so much! She is so communicative and easy to work with. We do not live in town and were only able to see a handful of places over one weekend (without many promising options). After we were connected with Karen, she set up showings for her to video for us and gave us her input. We so appreciate the help as we are so far away! Thanks, Karen and team!

Selling my late father's home seemed like a daunting and emotional task. Justin, Andrea and the whole team helped me through the entire process. There was no pressure, only friendly people who guided me through every step of the process. They know their stuff and I appreciate people like that. The home was sold in such a short time and I owe it all to Justin and his team. Trust them and you won't ever regret it.

If I could give 6+ stars, I would. Working with Justin and team has been the smoothest experience, and made our really big life decision actually easy and fun. Beyond his depth of knowledge and experience, it's abundantly clear that Justin genuinely cares about his clients and his level of commitment to doing what's truly right for them is rare to find. A sincere thank you for helping us find and secure our dream home!
