I previously would have had nothing but kind things to say about this practice and Karen Morgan, however, after winding up in the ER yesterday and finally getting a call back after leaving at least 6 messages between friday 3/14 and wednesday 3/19, Karen took zero accountability for not receiving a call back from herself or the nurse sooner. I went in to see Karen Morgan to establish her as my PCP since I’m new to the area. The morning I went in my blood pressure was low as well as blood sugar. She wouldn’t prescribe my anxiety meds unless I went to the ER. I did that and my BP AND BS were normal. Called office that afternoon and I couldn’t be seen: the following week she was out sick and I was told they don’t switch patients. It was 4 weeks without my daily medication.
