I wanted to let people know that Karen was the broker that sold my mothers condo. She made the whole process very easy. She was very pleasant to deal with. Not only did she get us the amount we were looking for, but did it within a fairly short time! I would highly recommend her to anyone! If you need a broker, shes your gal!!
Toleit doesnt flush, didnt show that during the open house
Gave me a house full of termites. The open house did feel weird, should of trust my gut
There was a lock door, i didnt know what it was. She wouldnt open it during the open house and now she comes to our house every week to make sure i didnt open it
