Best electrolysis! Moved to 123 Union Street, Easthampton.
I love Karen! She's easy to get along with, queer/trans friendly, and highly skilled at what she does. I can't imagine going anywhere else at the present time.
Ki Karen's very nice and she's Thourogh explaining her procedures and she did half my face in an hour and it was low pain and it was overall wonderful experience.
Very rude and disrespecting to her clients. She accepted me for treatments then after I asked her a question she responded rudely and showed her raisicim and said that she can’t service me again because I asked her a question and argued with her. I didn’t argue but she gave her cellphone number in case I have questions and as soon as I asked her she said I won’t take you any more don’t argue with me!!! So rude and unprofessional!
