She was nice at my appointment. She didn’t mention anything about my weight. She provided the results from sleep study on a phone message and also sent them via MyChart. Initial appt was based on possibly having sleep apnea. But I left feeling like I wasn’t heard and the sole focus was osa. A cpap is only going to help sleep quality and respiratory stuff but it’s not going to be beneficial if I can’t even fall asleep and stay asleep. Karen gave me so much info than I expected. She guided me through. Went above and beyond my expectations.
Really disappointed in the level of service from this provider. I had an virtual appointmebt for 8:30 am and was told that I would need to log in by 8:10 am. I did so and the provider was a No Show. I stayed on the meeting while I contacted the office and it frustrated me more that no one knew what happened. I disconnected from the meeting at 9:00 and requested to cancel my appointment.
