Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

The proprietor is pleasant, friendly, patient, and courteous. Knows her products. Is helpful and accommodating. Appointments are easy to schedule and she runs on time, but she has limited days per week at each location, and since she works independently, you will have to wait until the next time she is at that location to be seen. If that turns out to be a week away, it can be a bit annoying if your hearing instrument isn't functioning properly and you would like a simple repair done sooner.
