Keep away from using this agent as she does not follow through on information and instead tries to deflect and talk in circles with meaningless information. She did not protect us nor shield us from problems in purchasing a home. Karen Lott was a poor advocate for us and needed constant direction. I mistakenly thought I was hiring a professional.What a big disappointment she turned out to be and I feel she certainly did not deserve the commission she was paid. Beware!
I chose Karen as a buyer’s agent largely because she touted her expertise in helping out-of-town clients. My mother & I wanted to purchase a home in Boca while residing in Jacksonville. Initially Karen performed well & we felt she understood our unique needs.
