The whole experience was great. Everyone was so nice. The appointment was for my 86 year old mother who has dementia. Everyone was really patient with her getting the tests done and they explained what they were doing throughout the process. We were shown a video about the surgery to remove the cataracts and it explained the whole process. It was very informative. Then doctor Wickliffe came in and discussed everything with us. The visit went really well.

Dr Wickliffe is wonderful. I have been seeing Dr Wickliffe for several years. She did my Cataract eye surgeries. Always a pleasure.
I always try for early morning appointments and today’s 7:45 am appointment was a great way to start my day! No long wait, visual field exam completed, vision checked, doctor visit, schedule a procedure, then checked out, all within an hour. Techs and assistants are very friendly and efficient. Doctor takes plenty of time and explains on my level. I wish all my other doctor’s offices were this pleasant!
Very low weight time and staff is extremely efficient and professional. Dr. Wickliffe is a great physician and immediately puts you at ease. From check in to check out it is a great experience and you can’t say that at many physicians offices.
