He really pursued a treatment for my wife’s eye pain. Specialist’s of different fields could not diagnose a treatment plan but he guided us to the specialists who so far have have solved her pain issue.
I’ve seen Dr Heyl since early 2000’s . I’ve got nothing but good things to say & not enough space to say them in. He’s even provided me with his personal # when a test result came back concerning.
I was TERRIFIED of going to a chiropractor. I’ve never been to one EVER before coming here. I’ve seen so many horror videos online I was tempted to cancel my first appointment… but I’m glad I didn’t because it was AMAZING. The two women who work the front desk are so very kind, patient and helpful. The worst doctor follow up I’ve ever seen. No physician concern for a trusting patient. He won’t take a minute to communicate with a patient The staff have too much say-so when the doctor should be the one communicating

So far beyond five ??‘S!!!! Caring & compassionate personality! Dr. Schogel is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable board certified internal med/family physician.
As you are never seen by the same Dr. or PA twice, they know very little of your history. They do not respond to phone calls and if you must call multiple times, you reach people who can not do anything but "pass on the message." You will not speak to anyone who can resolve the issues. The place is seedy and even the floors are uneven. So if you are in need of real consistent care this is not your cup of tea. No reason to go further into details.

With four practicing physicians, a Physician's Assistant and a Certified Nurse Practitioner, there are options for our patients if they have a need that requires getting in sooner than their primary physician can see them. Otherwise, our priority is giving patients the earliest available option to see their provider. We welcome your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to have you back at the practice!

Dr Cook is the best chiropractor around. He has not only helped me physically but mentally too. He takes the time to see how you are feeling and just talks to you on anything you want to talk about. He always has a smile along with the whole office. I would totally recommend them. Genesis Medical is lucky to have such friendly professionals. Others need to take a lesson from them.
