I enjoy Family Medicine because it allows me the opportunity to work with patients not only on their chronic illnesses, but also healthy preventative measures. In addition, treating patients of ages from the infant stages to the elderly is challenging and extremely rewarding.

I have followed Dr. Palmer for years. Wherever she goes, we go. Both my husband and myself are very happy with the care and concern she shows at every visit. Follows up on everything. Staff is also very efficient and friendly. Dr. Palmer came to us as a recommendation from our former PCP who was moving to another area of practice. We are grateful to have her as our PCP. Thank you Dr. Palmer for everything that you do.

After living and receiving healthcare in MA since the 1960's for me and, earlier for my husband, we moved to the Portsmouth area permanently a few years ago. I have been a patient with Dr. Palmer for nearly 10 years. Dr. Palmer is always caring and compassionate. She truly cares.
Karen is very attentive and truly professional. I impicitly trust her observations and solutions. I never feel rushed and Karen always is Interested in more than just the purpose of the visit. I definitely feel that Karen is honest in her diagnosis’and explores various treatment options. I would highly recommend Karen as your primary care physician.
