I appreciate her and her staff. I feel as if my concerns are addressed and she takes the time to understand! She helped me with: previously diagnosed neurological issues flaring up; issues with asthma; GI issues; bladder issues; and skin issues. She is prompt with her referrals and helpful on her online portal as well! Thank you, Dr Jimenez!
Dr. Jimenez is fantastic. She is thorough and conscientious. On one occasion, she asked her nurse to contact me when she found out I had been in the Urgent Care for bronchitis to see if she could help. On an I there occasion, she herself called me at home to check on my progress. I have and would highly recommend her.
Was pretty “meh” about her. She seemed ok. But when I needed refills it just didn’t happen. My pharmacy called to get a change of medication since there was a production issue and her office never called back. It’s been over a month without it. Terrible customer service.
Staff really nice but Dr.J need a attitude change a course in bedside manners, she will not get anymore of my insurance. My first & last time to see her, no compassion for patient, and write those high medications.
