Great session I just went back to Karen for a tune up- the hypnosis sessions are so helpful!
Effective Therapist First of all, it was easy for me to get to Karen's location from anywhere in San Diego since it's right off the 805 and 5. Karen was to the point, effective and provided me with homework that allowed me to conquer my panic attacks that have plagued me for a year within one month. Can't recommend her enough. I'd like to try the hypnotherapy at some point as she seems like she'd do a great job.
client What I liked the most was Karen's ability to listen and understand what was going on. She is punctual and answers and schedules from her own phone so I felt like a real person in her eyes. She knows what she's doing.
