Dr. Hicks has been our family’s dentist for 12 years or so. She takes her patients’ comfort and health very seriously. She has always made accommodations for us in emergency situations. Her entire staff is friendly and helpful; they all care about every patient’s entire wellbeing. Our smiles are well maintained and loved.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hicks for 7 years (me) and 12 years (my wife). She is throrough with her work explains everything. She is knowledgable and patient. Her staff is caring and supportive, and Mary is truly an exceptional, caring assistant.
I am an early senio, so I have gone to many dentists over the years. I have found that Dr. Hicks and her staff are warm and caring. Dr. Hick's is conservative with treatment recommendations. I have been to a few dentists that recommend a slew of treatments for me as a new patient. Dr. Hicks doesn't do that. For crown replacement that I needed, she explained everything to me in detail. I never feel rushed there. She treats patients as people not dollar bills. I highly recommend her office.
