Working with Karen is an absolute pleasure. This is the second time we worked with Karen and she handled everything for us (as she did the first time with our house) including getting the apartment ready to show and was there to guide us all the way. After the apartment was sold she was there to help us with the closing and any paperwork that needed to be done. Karen was there to help us whenever we needed her and always had a smile on her face. Karen is an excellent realtor. Although it took us over two years to find the home we were looking in this market, but we never felt pressurized. We recently sold our house with Karen and it truly as the EASIEST and SMOOTHEST process.
