G and Karen have the best communication of any general contracting company I have ever worked with. I know what's going on, what to expect, and when to expect it. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very talented.
It must have been bad to write a review. When trying to decide which company to go with, I was given a higher price and no guarantee of work. I decided to use someone else. However, upon moving out the leasing agency used Karen Fox contracting to replace two light bulbs, tighten two toilet seats and re-attach a smoke detector that was hanging down slightly.
