Experience was excellent.
Like I said she was good at listening and asking questions about my concerns
Already had lab results from Quest Diagnostics from the previous day, but because I utilized a 'preventative medical group' for the lab order, she insisted that I must make an appointment with her and have her order the lab in order to get an antibiotic for a UTI. My symptoms were 'clear' (and is an 'ongoing' health issue) and the lab results verified that I had a leukocyte in my urine (labs from the previous day), yet rather than prescribing a medication that will relieve suffering, the route she prescribes is to pay for a ... read more
very serious ball drops as a result of being too busy to run a clinical practice, amazing resume but no capacity or enough compassion to care for patients with severe disease
Dr Krouse was referred by my primary care physician. He is a great listener and very thorough with his questions. He ordered tests that my previous cardiologist didn't. I felt completely at ease with him and very much trusted his recommendations. He also found a cholesterol medication that didn't have multiple side effects. (I can't take statins.)
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Doctor and staff very professional and easy to talk to. All my questions answered and concerns addressed.
Dr. Ettinger was wonderful and I was very happy to be placed with him on that day.
Dr. Mahoney is the very best. Period.
