We would not recommend working with this property manager based on our experience. Communication was consistently poor, and when issues were raised, we often felt that the focus was on conversation, gossip, or deflection rather than actually finding practical solutions. Karen Donaldson has left full trash bags on my property next to my garbage cans. Inside the garbage bags were professional documents with specific loan details, including customers information, as well as customer surveys submitted to Karen. These documents were not shredded. She lives only a few minutes away (as her address was on the opened mail in the trash bags she left). Very unprofessional.
We used Karen to sell our house last month and the process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend her (and I have :). She gave us advise on staging and minor changes that would help well our house and we sold the house in 3 days for over asking! Any questions we had she answered quickly and went out of her way to help us find a handyman to fix a repair. Thanks Karen!
