Karen was an excellent realtor to work with! She went above and beyond all expectations to help us find the perfect home for us. While trying to find a home to purchase from afar naturally has its challenges, she made the process as easy and smooth as could be. She took the time to be personable and really get to know us and what we were looking for :-)
I contacted Karen Davis's team regarding a rental listing. I called them and left a message to inquire about viewing the inside of a townhouse. I was not called back instead I was texted a message stating there would be only one viewing for the week. I then tried asking if they could call me so that I may ask about another day/time. The person rudely replied that is the only day and time. She made no efforts to contact me to help or work with me for another day or time. Karen and her team bent over backwards to get us the best offer when we were selling our house. Her marketing team made valuable suggestions for updating and staging our home which allowed us to obtain top dollar in a slow market. Thanks again to Karen and her team.
Karen was great managing our rental property! Her team worked to fix any problems that our tenants might have had and knew the right people to get any repairs done. If you want hassle free property management, look no further!
Terrible, terrible company! They will nickle and dime you for all that you're worth. If you're considering renting from them, think again. While their properties may appear nice, they won't be responsive to maintenance calls, will keep more than 50% of your deposit, and when they do respond it will be by unprofessional text message. They will schedule showings and not show up, all while you're still living in the property. This is the most unprofessional rental agency I've ever dealt with! I'm so glad to be through with them... read more
