After exam was told I have glaucoma and given a prescription for eye drops. Went to have prescription filled and was told by three different pharmacies that it was over three hundred dollars a month for this drug and my insurance does not pay for it. Fed up I scheduled an exam with a different doctor and was told that I'm not even close to having glaucoma. Either she does not know what she is doing or she is getting a kick back from the drug company. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Todd has always give me a thorough eye exam. She's a brilliant practitioner! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
This review is in relation to my mother-in-law's visits. She is in her 80's and has glaucoma. She also has mild dementia and lives at an ALF. Dr. Todd has made errors more than once and is condescending to anyone that questions her. She has read off the wrong chart, someone elses, and gave us the wrong info but didn't like being told that wasn't the right patient. Wait times are extreme and the rotating staff is a crazy way to deal with clients. On our last visit we saw 5 different aids to accom
Cannot recommend this practice. Normal wait times are 1 hr. plus. This practice has no regard for their patient's time. The huge waiting rooms are packed with elderly folks who wait far longer than necessary.
Dr Todd is an amazing doctor!
Has no time for patient who is paying her, would never recommend to anyone unless you want drive thru treatment. God gave here two ears and one mouth and she should learn to use the two and give appropriate and timely information from her mouth.
He and his staff are very professional, waste no time in getting to the facts and probable cause of a problem, and recommending a solution that will work and is affordable. No waste of your time and no extra effort to separate you from your money.
Very likely to recommend Dr. Karen Todd for cataract surgery. This DR tells it like it is. Very honest and straight-forward. We liked that!! Keeps the patient informed about what is going to happen, the realistic expectations. She is brilliant, knows her specialty and has the experience and skill to back it up. She is personable and thorough in her explanations too.
