My husband and I are more than satisfied with Iora. The staff is courteous and friendly and will LISTEN to your complaints. They also will call you back after a visit to see how you are doing. There is very little waiting time for an appointment and once there, the staff and doctor are not in a hurry to see the next patient. Dr. Connelly Frank will make every effort to see you but if that is not possible, another doctor will be available who has all the necessary info about you.
