Karen helped us buy our house when we were still living in California. She personally took us through houses on Facetime so we could see them. She and her team go above and beyond in their work. We have since moved away from Atlanta,but if we ever did move back, I wouldn't use anyone but Karen to buy a house there.

What a great team to work with! From the first meeting I had with Karen- I knew she would be able to sell my home. She is very knowledgeable of my community and educated me on comps and what needed to be done to make my home ready to be shown in the best manner. Her husband, Anderson, was also instrumental in giving advice on best services to prepare for inspection. From getting my home staged, photographed, listed and showing it to potential buyers- there was always a staff member to assist me -all the way to the Closing!
