She went above and beyond by being very attentive to us, always jotting notes while asking questions as we toured homes to cater our search criteria and guide us more towards what we were looking for. She is very intelligent, caring, and honest about her assessments of properties. Karen was an asset and integral part of our home purchase. As out of state buyers, we relied on her to help us first find a town and neighborhood, and then the perfect home.
