My mother was a patient of this doctor. Her staff failed to get the medication she needed for surgery after my mom calling and leaving messages with all of this explained. Without this medication, my mom had to postpone the surgery. My mom says Dr. Fernandez tried to blame this all on her. My mom is 78 years old and one of the most honest people ever.
