From the day that we first viewed the property until all of the final papers were completed and signed, Karen worked very closely with us and truly worked very diligently to get us the best possible deal. Another higher offer came to the seller and she tried very hard to get out of the contingency that we had, but Karen did an excellent job of keeping everything on track so we would not lose our new house. We would most definitely recommend Karen as she is a Kind, caring professional.
Called for client feedback and was shocked with how rude this agent was. As an agent, you should understand the importance of providing your client with feedback and she couldn't take 30 seconds to let us know how her hour long showing went. Not 1 positive OR negative comment just "NOPE. Signing for another." Do better.
Karen was extremely easy to work with. As a realtor she was very knowledgeable of the area and very responsive to any questions or concerns!
