If I could give ZERO stars I would. The other reviewer is correct, it is dirty and very uncaring. For myself I had recently relocated to the area and was recommended to come here. I tried on several occasions to discuss my sons lack of speech with the Dr. I was told every time that he understands everything so there is no issue.After a few more months she told me I talk too much for him, its because he's much younger than my daughter, that I needed to change everything and not give him anything until he asks for it. We have been patients of Dr. Ostergren for over 5 years. When our first child was born, he was very sick. He was admitted to the hospital twice in his first month of life and didn't even regain to his birth weight until he was over a month old. The pediatrician we had couldn't figure out what was going on. The doctors at Wolfson's and Nemour's, even with all the extensive testing and blood work they did, could not figure out what was going on. Took my daughter to this doctor, because like all of you/us/parents, I followed the trail of blemish free reviews. The first thing that I noticed is how dirty everything appeared to be, but that was just the beginning of one of the worst doctor's visits I have ever experienced. The secretary tried to administer a shot to my daughter without even asking and then when asked about the shots she was very reluctant to share much of anything saying "we get our shots from the big companies and that is good enough me" -ARE YOU KIDDI... read more
