From the friendly reception, to the lovely clean office, to the very thorough dental hygienist, to the expert, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable dentist herself, the experience was top notch. I had X-rays, a cleaning, and later a crown with no trouble at any time. (It is the best fitting crown I have ever had.)
