In August 2023, I had another roof leak, and called Kardelis Roofing again. I told them it was not a big leak, and the weather has been horrible, that they should take care of their clients who had major issues, and get to me when they could. I also had a strange letter from my home insurance company Nationwide that I have been dealing with for 50 years, starting with my car insurance.
