I would give Dr. Kardashian four stars, but the practice of overbooking is two stars or less. I was sent a dozen text and emails to fill out paperwork before the appointment which I did not do however, I did arrive the 1/2 hour before to complete the paperwork when I got there I was told that he doesn’t accept electronic pay paperwork which quite frankly baffled me as to why they send out the request if I had had to redo it I would’ve definitely been pissed. Was referred to come here by Tampa general. Woman who answered the phone said they don’t take new patients and left me on hold 30 minutes until someone completely different answered as if I was just calling in. I don’t understand why people put nasty attitudes on the phone. I’ll be going elsewhere

My husband had an appointment scheduled for 9:45, he filled out the paperwork online and was told to come in 30mins early to fill out the same exact information. It’s now 11am and he still hasn’t been seen but almost every other person that came in after has been pulled back for exams. Asked for an update and they said that the appointment was actually scheduled for 10:20 and to keep waiting. Really disappointed in our first experience here because it was highly recommended. Dr Kardashian operated on my husband’s hand after trauma from car accident. I know it takes time to regain the sensitivity and mobility but we are blessed with the outcome so far. Office is always packed and hard to find parking spots. Be prepare to spend extra time waiting in lobby.
