We started out about a year ago on this journey of straightening my teeth. Now my journey is over and the results are incredible. I am truely pleased with my results. Thank you so much.
I had a very good experience. My son was very afraid of braces. Dr Karbassi was able to communicate with my son and put him at ease.
The office is very organized and very friendly. My daughters teeth look beautiful. The office is very clean. They are also very hours are very convenient

DR. Karbassi did a great job on my son, and he enjoyed talking with the staff . Doc and his staff explain procedures so that parents and patients understand.
Very unorganized. They schedule appointments for things they have already done. They don't remember anything they've said previously and obviously don't document anything in the patient's chart. Dr. Karbassi is rude and has no idea how to treat people with respect. He is all about money and not at all about the patient. I'm surprised this place is still in business.

I can sum up the experience in one word horrible! I feel that the level of care is lacking on many levels, the office staff was rude to my son when he called to schedule his appointment to have his braces removed and the billing issues have been absolutely ridiculous. And to make the whole experience even worse he has now refused to remove my sons braces after we made the hour long drive to his office to have it done! I have had to go as far as filing a complaint with the Ohio dental board!
Dr. Karbassi has given our first 3 children the best care for orthodontia! He & his staff make you feel at ease when you come in for a visit. My kids have all enjoyed coming to him. Our 4th child will be coming in for his braces in a few months. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
