Had a watch that bracelet wasn't fixed properly and Karats took care of it that others could not. Great selection and great people. They wouldn't accept any money either. Great service

I recently got engaged so I've spent a fair amount of time in jewelry stores lately. My experience is Karats was outstanding. The staff was professional but laid back and personable. I hate it when sales people are pushy when it comes to big purchases and you won't find that here, only helpful and patient staff. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable and will find what fits you best instead of what makes him the most money. Finally, the selection is 2nd to none. Check karats out first and save yourself some time.
Andy is a great guy! There is such a large ring selection at karats and they helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect ring for the perfect day!
