Karat Plus is by JCPenny/near Cheesecake factory on 2nd floor of Haywood Mall. What a wonderful store. Marlon was super nice and took care of removing links from my watch. Very grateful 🙏

Went here early this morning, the owner was very nice and quick with service. I had two bracelets, one needing tightening to the clasp and the other suspected clasp repair. He explained that my clasp was not entirely broken just pushed in and tightened my boyfriends clasp in less than 5 minutes and sent me about my way with a google review as payment. That really made my day because everywhere else I went they were threatening to have to send my jewelry away to be fixed and looking at $80 charge. I’ll definitely be back

I love this jewelery store. I have purchased several pieces here over the years and they always make me feel like they appreciate me, like family. Prices are reasonably and they are willing to work with you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. From watch batteries to diamond rings they have it all. Not to mention some very unique pieces.
