Right when I walked in, I felt welcomed. They treated me with genuine respect, listened carefully to what was wrong and fixed it without hesitation. Their jewelry selection is stunning,I appreciate how professional and kind they were. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back soon!
Amazing dude and such a diva and baddie
I have been using Karat plus for years now and have been always happy with their work. They always tell you ahead of time what problem they might run in if any. I have repaired several clasps on my kids’ gold chains and yesterday I repaired one of the gold chains which was broken right in the middle and when I came to pick it up I was not able to find the spot where it was repaired! The most affordable and the best quality I could find it in town! Thanks!
This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. Do not take jewelry here for repairs. They didn't fix my jewelry properly, when I came back to let them know they were extremely rude and told me to take it somewhere else. They were completely nasty unnecessarily so over something so simple. BEWARE!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND RACIST.!!!
