If I could give them zero stars I would. The man was attending there, he got a couple there I asked a question. The couple left without buying anything, then …. He was rude to me, I told him he was rude, and he start screaming at me saying bad words to me, he flicked me off with his finger. I told him he will have a bad review and he kept screaming at me and telling bad words. No ethics and not education at all, insulting a customer is bad, but insulting a lady is worst.
Great service every time we come here. Fast repairs and a willingness to help make customers happy. Highly recommend.
Had a really nice experience. Both guys were super helpful with getting my girlfriend’s tennis bracelet resized. And only $35!
Had my necklace ready the next day, couldn’t even tell where it had broke at and it’s a really small chain, didn’t think it would be able to get fixed, I’m impressed and it was so reasonably priced!!
They did a great job resizing my wedding ring and band!
