DO NOT GO THERE ! This is my first ever review online. Guy lounging on his chair, see us coming at 8:10pm , peacefully looking at what he has to offer, tell us to come back tomorrow because he’s about to close. Didn’t greet us, was rude like I’ve never seen ! Even if you’re forced to go there please do not. Worst customer service ever !
If I could give them zero stars I would!! Walked in excited to look at possible engagement rings, the guy seen us come in from the back and took his time coming out. Did not greet us AT ALL and the first thing he said was “no we’re closed for the night, come back tomorrow”. It was 8:10pm and the shop was not closing until 9pm! He was extremely dismissive and did not care at all about our service or his customer service for that matter. Will NEVER even attempt to go back to this place.
I don’t understand how this place could ever have any negative reviews unless the people leaving them are just having their own personal issues. I’ve never had a bad experience over the last couple of decades. And I’ve yet to leave a review. Whether I’m going in and getting watch batteries replaced or jewelry repaired or to make a purchase these guys have always been amazing. Nice pieces, great repairs, good prices.
Friendly, fast, and great prices! Got two watch batteries replaced and a new band installed, and even though they were busy it took only about 20 minutes for everything. Great store.
