Terrible experience. I bought a house full of flooring from bobs carpet. The floor isn’t easy to clean . It always looks dirty . I was promised that this was the best flooring for my home. The solution i received was from Bobs carpet was to get it professionally cleaned . In which they paid for . I am know stuck with this terrible flooring , I’m a very sad customers, I expected more from these two companies.i have reached out multiple times and haven’t received a call back .

We changed our decades old carpet to KARASTAN and we are so happy with what we have now. Very easy to clean, excellently cushioned. Classy but affordable. True to their words, I love it!!!🥰
