Disappointing experience to say the least. We needed to know if our child had influenza or coronavirus. Dr. told us influenza test is dumb and pointless. Influenza is just a cold, so it doesn't matter either way. He said 99.9% of people it doesn't affect them. HUH?!?! This is a doctor in Park Nicollet who is treating children. Dr. Karasov was amazing!! He came highly recommended by our pediatrician. They got back to me right away to schedule our appointment and she was very kind and gave great instructions for arriving day of the procedure. When we walked in the receptionist was very sweet and helpful and as we were going back to our room she reassured us we were in the best hands and Dr. karasov was the best there is around.
