I'm a huge karaoke enthusiast and my friends and I visit this store at least once a month, I would say for the past 9 years. This is one of the few places where the staff really knows what their business is all about, always helpful and with knowledge. I've bought 4 karaoke machines from there and the latest one with thousands of songs built in, never had a problem and the best thing they have is that they sell directly from the factory so any problems you might have they give you one year warranty. THIS STORE IS RUBBISH!! ,I ordered a karaoke machine from here. First time using it and it was already acting weird. Called KARAOKE LOVERS!! and they said it was broken. Now I can't even use it for Christmas or New Years. Not only that, The only thing they said I could do was get store credit and use if for a different system. I did not buy an item so that it could be defected, get store credit and replace it with the only available system which is much more expensive. Best Karaoke Store in all Miami Dade – This is a true KARAOKE store. They sell karaoke machines as well as all variety music in English and Spanish. I bought a karaoke machine just under a year ago and broke from excessive usage as my friends would say. I went back to see them for help; and they replaced it no questions asked. The best prices and best quality in karaoke, I would buy equipment and records for 7 years and never had any problems eh, plus have the best guarantee, if you break the team that bought you change it without problems, the truth is that I am very happy with all my equipment and I continued to purchase Karaoke Lovers, they have to they will not regret it.
best karaoke store ever been too.. – I have been many times to other karaoke stores in the world, and this one takes the price. Not only doe it have ssapnish and english music, it has other languages. the sales people all are knowledgable and their guarranty is bar none the best.. My rsq player had a problem 5 months later and they changed it no questions asked.. yes they exchange their players right on the spot for one year. NOT A KARAOKE STORE AT ALL!!! – This is NOT a karaoke store! Their website says they have all kinds of CDG's including English discs & they don't! They only carry 1 Spanish line & no English discs! The staff was rude, self absorbed, & unhelpful! Not worth spending a dime in this place or worth the trip there! Also the website says one name & the store says another both with the same address! Don't even bother with this place, there are hundreds of REAL karaoke shops out there & this is NOT on of them!!!
