His staff is wonderful and easy to work with. He is knowledgable and does answer my questions. My biggest issue is I always have to wait a minimum of one hour and usually 2-3 hours. His staff says he runs late due to his lectures for the school being so long but if they know that then they shouldn’t be scheduling patients for the first hour at least. Dr Kooner is an excellent ophthalmology physician who provides outstanding patient care and is very patient focused. He is considerate yet honest about the impact of lifestyle and health status on the body as a whole. I always felt that I was receiving the very best care and treatment.
I have seen Dr. Kooner for over 5 years. He is very serious about helping his patients protect their vision. Sometimes this includes some very candid recommendations about lifestyle and treatment compliance that may be difficult to hear, but it is clear to him that it's all about protecting his patient's vision.
