The day after my follow up visit to remove the stent I called Dr’s office twice and was on hold for more than 20–30 minutes each time with no response, I was eventually transferred to voicemail automatically asking me to leave a message with my number wish I did explaining with the details but received no response. This level of follow-up is extremely concerning. Very clean and esthetic office. Front desk personnel friendly and efficient. Was taken in early for my appointment. The PA, Darren, was knowledgeable and polite as was Dr. Arora. Both spent more than ample time with me for examination and discussion of results. Had scan taken and was quick and easy. Overall I was very impressed by my experience there.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Arora. He was absolutely amazing — incredibly thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and explain everything in detail so I felt completely at ease. His professionalism combined with his compassion really sets him apart.
