Very unprofessional,lack of knowledge and highly rude in behavior. Took 1.5 hours to diagnose the fault still unable to detect,unreasonably demanded charges for various things not performed.Changed the parts which were not supposed to be changed,asked for charges above the deal decided in advance,still tried to convince me for further change of parts to which I denied then acted very rude and arrogantly. Please don't go there and waste your time and money. Charged me $270 for doing nothing and the problem stays as it is.
