Dr Patel has been great! He also has a great PA named Phil and they anre awesome! I was lucky enough to get him as a provider in the ED when I fell a few years ago. I ended up not having to endure surgery but he was with me during the 8 months of rehab helping, guiding and encouraging. Fast forward a year ago I ended up having a MCL replacement and again Dr Patel was guiding me all the way! I’m currently very active and I’m so thankful for him! Thank you Dr Patel!!
I tore my ACL in November 2024, along with injuries to my MCL, LCL, and compression fractures. As a very active 50-year-old, I was devastated and unsure if I’d ever be able to enjoy mountain biking, skiing, or snowboarding again. After a few weeks of physical therapy to regain strength and range of motion, I had surgery at Mayo in February 2025. My family and I cannot recommend Dr. Patel enough. He has all of the elements you would hope for in a Dr. He is extremely knowledgeable, has the ability to think outside of the box, he is understanding and has an excellent bedside manner. With my very active 9 year old and a wife who loves the gym, Dr. Patel is a trusted and reliable resource when things don’t go as planned.
