Disappointed with Bait-and-Switch Pricing I've been a loyal customer of Karam since I was a child, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I was quoted $655 over the phone by Latoya, but when I arrived, the price had jumped to $810. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch, and it's completely unacceptable.
