Nancy is a win-win here for us. She our force who protects the rights and responsibilities of our community/home. You see couples walking hand in hand, persons(me):) riding bikes and others just living comfortably. She's definitely helped safety and quality come first. Thank you Miss Nancy!!
Horrible to rent from.... that care absolutely nothing about there tenants.....my unit has mold and mildew , but they expect me and my wife to continue living there. They never ever admit to any of there negligence. If and when they do offer to compensate you, it's a total insult. They've walked in on my wife in the shower, with no notice to enter our unit..... they've also placed my BBQ grill, patio furniture and anything else on my patio in the middle of my living room, with no notice for entry.
